IManage is the IYRES Operations Management System used by Institut Penyelidikan Pembangunan Belia Malaysia to support daily administration in one secure platform.

What IManage covers

The system brings together document management, facility and asset booking, store requests, and staff medical services so officers can work from a single sign-in.

• I-Document — research project files, sharing and document archives.
• I-Booking — facilities, IT assets and vehicle reservations.
• I-Store — corporate and publishing store applications.
• I-Medic — medical appointments, panel clinics and health records.

Getting started

Register or reset your password through MyProfil IYRES, then sign in here with your User ID (IC number) and password. Access to each module follows the role assigned to your account.
